Small Works opens tonight!

The opening for Small Works is tonight from 8p to 12a. We are pleased to be displaying works by Steve Amos, Christian Benefiel, Julia Chiplis, Jeremy Flick, Leah Frankel, Jeffery Gordon, Peter Gordon, Edmond Hardy, Jennifer Moss, Ryan McKibbin, Ellington Robinson, Judy Stone and more. We hope to see you there! 

And if you can't make it out tonight, the gallery space will also be open Saturday, Dec. 6th, from 1p-5p.

Small Works: Opening Friday December 5th, 8p-12a

Hey folks, the opening reception for our winter show Small Works will be held on Friday, December 5th, from 8p-12a. We hope you can make it out to support artwork by Jennifer Moss, Steve Amos, Jeremy Flick, Judy Stone, Julia Chiplis (all pictured left to right) and other artists from the DC, MD, VA area. Rhythmic Notions opening October 3rd, 2008

With this, our fourth show, we're officially one year into this artistic adventure we call Woodman Studios of Silver Spring. Thanks for the support. We're happy to provide the good times, so please continue to submit the great work!

Rhythmic Notions/Autumnal Equinox - Call for entries

We are now accepting applications for our fall show entitled Rhythmic Notions. This show—our fourth—will be in celebration of the autumnal equinox, and will open Friday, October 3rd. If you and/or any talented individuals you know are interested in joining the Woodman Studios core of artists for this show, please fill out and return the application form via Email, along w/your attached slides to 1414WoodmanStudios@gmail.com (click here for application), no later than September 8th, 2008. And while we are accepting any works that relate to the show title (Rhythmic Notions), smaller works and sculptures are strongly encouraged.

Process Progress - June 6th & 7th

We are pleased to announce Process Progress, our third show here at Woodman Studios! The opening reception will be held on June 6th from 8pm until. And since it's the summer; this time around the opening will be followed by an Open-Gallery and block party on Saturday, June 7th from 1-5p, featuring a live show by The MIGHTY Heard at 4pm (www.theMightyHeard.com). Bring your friends & family and come join us for a great time either day or BOTH!
